Introduction to Web Design - Online

ARDC is offering unique web design classes that are appropriate to those with no priod coding background. At the end of the course you can expect to have the necessary tools to build your own website using different platforms. You will come out of the course with a portfolio of websites you had built and could potentially work as a freelancer or at ARDC. We recommend taking this course as an introductory course allowing you to try out different things, see what you enjoy most, and decide if you would like to take more advanced courses in coding or UI/UX.

This course has the following prerequisite skills:

 

Computer literacy and typing skills

​English proficiency

Working proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google docs

No prior coding knowledge required

         HTML & CSS

         WordPress & Elementor, including creating and hosting your own personal blog and eCommerce websites

         WIX

         SEO basics​

        Job Search, CV, & Interview Preparation Workshops
